As quality is a top priority for our customers, it is also top priority for us. Over our 40 year history we have invested heavily in our quality management systems implementing ISO9001 (Quality Management Systems), ISO13485 (Medical Devices) and ISO14001 (Environmental Management). We have also implemented Six Sigma and Lean principles, and trained our quality staff to Six Sigma Black Belt level. Our quality management system (QMS) guarantees that we have complete control over the method of manufacture of products, and full tractability of any raw materials or purchased parts that are used in the production process.

Our quality department is equipped with 2 Carl Zeiss Coordinate Measuring Machines (CMMs) which are equipped the latest in 3D scanning software and are operating under a controlled environment ensuring temperature control of 20°C ± 1°. We also have a further 2 CArl Zeiss Prismo CMMs on our production floor which are used for inprocess inspections.
Our CMMs are equipped with VAST scanning heads allowing us to offer our customers a comprehensive reverse engineering service, scanning and digitizing components to provide a 3D CAD model to our design team for product modifications or for supplying technical drawings.
