Mould Maintenance & Refurbishment
For certain customers, our services are integrated into their business. We operate as an outsourced mould maintenance department providing scheduled maintenance (according to the customers schedule). This includes performing regular scheduled tasks such as dis-assembly, cleaning, checking for wear or other problems. If replacement parts are required we can reverse engineer and create a digital model of the existing components so that we are assured our replacement parts will work first time, thereby avoiding downtime for these customers.
